InnovateXP Limited — Privacy Policy

InnovateXP Limited is a Hong Kong company based in North Point. Larry Lo, AI Business Consultant, is the founder. We are responsible for decisions about how your personal information is processed for the WhatsApp reply agent and the related Meta app.

Depending on how you reach us, we may process:

• WhatsApp phone number, display name, and the message content you send so the agent can reply
• Message time, delivery status, and the conversation needed to continue the thread
• Business details you choose to share, such as company name, email, and the workflow you want diagnosed
• Meta app identifiers, permissions you grant, and technical logs needed to keep the connection working
• Website form details if you later book a diagnosis or ask us to contact you

We use this information to:

• Send a reply on WhatsApp to the message you started
• Understand the request well enough to suggest a next step, including booking a business diagnosis
• Operate, secure, and improve the agent, including spotting abuse or broken conversations
• Meet legal duties and respond to access or deletion requests

The agent drafts practical replies. It does not make legal, medical, financial, or hiring decisions for you. Important business decisions stay with people.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your WhatsApp conversation to build advertising profiles or to train public models for other companies.

You can review or remove the app in your Meta account settings. Removing access stops new messages through the app. It does not by itself delete copies we already stored. Use the deletion page for that.

We share data only with providers who host the site, deliver WhatsApp messages, send email, or keep backups, and only so they can perform that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Data may be processed in Hong Kong and in countries where our hosting or messaging providers operate. We use contractual and access controls appropriate to a Hong Kong business under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

We keep a conversation while it is needed to reply, follow up on a diagnosis request, or resolve a support issue. We then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required for security, accounting, or legal claims.

We use access limits, encrypted connections, and least-privilege handling for production systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to legal limits. Deletion steps are at https://www.innovatexp.co/en/whatsapp-agent/data-deletion.

You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

The agent is for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has messaged the agent.

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised notice, unless the law requires a different step.
