Zomate System — User Data Deletion

When you submit a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymise:

• Your zomate_system account profile, including legal name and mobile phone number
• WhatsApp reminder preferences and messaging history stored on our systems
• Membership, booking, and attendance records linked to your account (subject to legal retention limits)
• Support messages and correspondence tied to your account
• Meta/Facebook Login linkage stored on our side (you may also revoke app access in Facebook Settings)

Email tse_wai_hi@yahoo.com.hk with the subject line “Zomate data deletion request”.

To verify your identity, include at least one of the following:

• The email address used to register
• The mobile phone number used for WhatsApp reminders
• Your Facebook account name or user ID if you signed in with Facebook Login

We aim to acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days.

Some data may be retained in anonymised form, backup archives for a limited period, or where required by law (e.g. payment records, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations).

Deleting your account will stop WhatsApp service reminders. You may re-register later with a new account if the service remains available.

If you connected with Facebook Login, you can also remove zomate_system from your Facebook account: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → zomate_system → Remove.

Removing Facebook access limits app functionality but may not delete all data we already stored. Use the email process above for full account deletion.
