- Product videos showing uses, situations and selling points.
- Brand films with a clear visual direction and story.
- Social ads, Reels and event teasers.
Five stages, from brief to finished film.
- 01
Brief and quote
Agree audience, platform, duration, format, references, budget and deadline. The quote specifies shots, versions, revisions and generation costs.
- 02
Script, storyboard and keyframes
Plan around 5–8 shots with actions, timing and reference frames. Use your assets or quote separately for keyframe creation. Obtain written approval from the final decision maker.
- 03
Test shot and scene generation
Approve a representative shot for style, characters and product appearance, then produce the remaining shots. Address distortions and continuity problems scene by scene.
- 04
Edit, subtitles and sound
Edit the sequence and add approved subtitles, voiceover, music and branding. Logos, product text and prices are composited in post-production for accuracy.
- 05
Acceptance and delivery
Review against the approved storyboard and specifications. Consolidate feedback, approve the preview and settle the balance before final delivery.
What we need before production
- Purpose and specifications
- Platform, audience, message, duration, aspect ratio, budget and delivery date.
- Product and brand assets
- Clear product photos, original logo files, brand colours and fonts. List labels or appearance details that must remain exact.
- Visual direction
- One to three references explaining the pacing, shots or style. Consistent character references; keyframe creation can be quoted separately.
- Copy and audio
- Approved claims, subtitles, narration and pronunciations, or commission a draft for your approval. Specify language, music direction and exclusions.
- Approval and permissions
- One final decision maker, feedback deadlines and permission to use supplied images, likenesses, voices, trademarks and music.
Agree acceptance criteria before production.
- A clear reference for acceptance
- Compare shots, character and product consistency, text, audio, format and duration against the approved storyboard, keyframes, test shot and specifications. We correct typos and deviations from approved content.
- Two consolidated minor revision rounds
- The quote includes two minor revision rounds within the approved direction. One decision maker supplies consolidated feedback. Regeneration allowances are specified; changes to characters, scenes, concepts or approved storyboards are quoted separately.
- Test demanding visuals first
- Hands, small product details, lip sync and continuous long shots need assessment. Agree alternative shots, supplied footage or post-production where a generated shot cannot meet the required standard.
- Payment and scheduling
- 50% deposit after quote approval. Review the preview and agreed revisions, then settle the balance before delivery. Scheduling starts when the deposit, assets and storyboard approvals are complete; delayed feedback moves the schedule.
- Commercial use and deliverables
- Agree channels, territories and asset licences in the quote. Watermark-free MP4 masters and subtitle versions can be included. Extra ratios, project files, prompts and generated assets are specified separately.
Deliverables specified in your quote
- MP4 film at the agreed aspect ratio, duration and resolution.
- Subtitle and clean versions as agreed.
- Approved narration, music and brand assets.
- Storyboard and acceptance checklist for scope review.
Before you commission
Can I commission a film without keyframes?
Yes. Supply product photos, character references and a visual direction. Script, storyboard and keyframe creation can be quoted separately and approved before generation.
Can you include Cantonese narration and subtitles?
These can be included in the quote. Approve copy, brand pronunciation and subtitles; specific voices or lip sync need a feasibility and permissions check.
What does a 30–45 second film cost and how long does it take?
Cost and schedule depend on shots, style, assets, voiceover and versions. The brief leads to a quote specifying production fees, generation costs, revision allowances and delivery date.
Can I change an approved storyboard?
You can request changes. Two minor rounds cover the existing direction; a new concept, character, scene or approved storyboard change requires a separate quote and approval.
