AI training vs coaching: why one workshop is not enough
Why does usage fall after AI training?
The class uses public examples. The office has your files, client names, and deadlines. If nobody names the first workflow, the session stays a session. Practical generative AI has to be tied to a deliverable someone must send. Half a day for the idea, half a day on one workflow per team.
How does a public AI-coach programme relate, without becoming our name?
The Hong Kong Productivity Council promotes enterprise AI use, including an arrangement titled 「一企業一 AI Coach」. That is the programme’s name. Cite it only. It is not an InnovateXP service name. Verify the official wording before you rely on it. What does an industry upgrade look like for three kinds of teams?
A training centre drafts a module; the trainer still corrects facts. A social-service team drafts notices and case summaries after sensitive fields are masked.
